/I LOOOOVE THIS nail polish from Layla! It’s like that perfect glittery without giving any texture to the nail.
Without colored base coat you may add a few layers, I added two layers on top of a black lacquer, and it looks DOPE. The lacquer itself is matte. ( like you can see on the website HERE) However, I think it looks better with a glossy top coat
